So here are 5 simple ways to boost your immune system naturally.

#1 Ashwagandha. 
Ashwagandha an Indian herb whose properties are so powerful that it had nick named Indian ginseng. Ashwagandha is well known to instantly boost the immune system. Simply take 1 glass of hot water and add 1 tablespoon of Ashwagandha powder into it. The best time to have it one hour before sleep at night. If you have issues digesting milk you can replace it with water.

#2 Giloy.
Gilory is an other important herb which known as Amrita which literally translates to the root of immortality. It helps to remove the toxins purifies the blood and fights the bad bacteria. Just add one tablespoon of giloy powder in lukewarm water and have it empty stomach in morning. 

#3 Mint Drink.
This is one sweet soft drink to make your immune system stronger. Simply put a 500 ml of water in a pan add half teaspoon of turmeric into it, let it boil for two minutes. Now add 10-12 mint leaves further boil for 2-4 minutes. Pour the mixture in a glass. Let it cool a bit, now add one tablespoon of honey. That's it, this simple drink has all the antioxidants to fight the unwanted microbes in the body. 

#4 Turmeric.
Turmeric a common spice in Indian cooking boosts the immune system through its amazing antioxidant and anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial property that it holds. Simply add half a teaspoon of turmeric in a hot milk. Have it one hour before going to sleep in the night. Turmeric milk instantly shield your body from infectious microbes.

#5 Amla.
Vitamin C is the number one vitamin to reduce the immune system deficiencies. Amla also known as Indian gooseberry is full of vitamins so much, so that amount of vitamin C in one amla is equal to that in 20 oranges. So just one amla a day keeps the infections away. You can consume amla in any form juice, pickle or raw. 

Of course you need not to try all these home remedies at same time. Pick any one of your choice and practice it regularly for few months. Anyone clearly see the results coming in your way. It is also advisable to maintain healthy and a balanced diet. Include seasonal fruits on a daily basis. Sit in the sun for about 10 to 15 minutes whenever possible. Exercise regularly, minimize the intake of high sugary foods, drink enough water to flush out the toxins, maintain proper sleep timings.Do not excessively indulge in smoking and alcohol.
