Loose Love Handles in FOREVER (MEN & WOMEN) FASTEST WAY

Here I am going to share with you just 3 simple steps that will help you get rid of love handles. Love handles is generally referred to the excess amount of fat that gets accumulated on the side of your belly. You may be finding it quite difficult to get rid of the stubborn fat but I promise that if you do just these three things, you can get rid of these love handles forever. 

The very first step to cut the fat from your body is to stay in calorie deficit. The amount of calories that your body needs in order to maintain the weight that you are carrying is known as maintenance calories. In order to shed the extra fat from your body, you need to cut down your daily calorie intake. So, I have linked down meter in the description. You can fill in the details and find out what your maintenance calories are. You have to eat less than your maintenance calories. If you will eat more than that, no matter how many side crunches you do, you will never ever be able to reduce your love handles. Eating less does not mean you have to starve your body. You should have a balanced diet which is low in carbohydrates, high in protein and medium in healthy fats. In order to support this, make sure you include at least one serving of raw vegetables salad in your diet. You can have it with lunch, dinner or both. Also drink 8 to 10 glasses of water because water flushes out the toxins and promotes fat loss. Now once your nutrition is fixed, once you are staying in calories deficit, now you can move to step#2. 

Second step is to strengthen the core muscles. For this, I have five exercises for you. You need to do each exercise for just one minute. So that means total of five minutes workout. The best thing is that in order to do these exercises, you need not to join a gym. You can do these exercises at home without any kind of equipment. 

Exercise#1 The first exercise is called penguins. Just lie and raise your upper body. Then try to touch your feet one at a time. Make sure your arms are straight. See that only your upper body is twisting. Maintain a constant speed and try to do as best as you can. 

Exercise#2 The second exercise is side climbers. Just look at my position here and try to imitate the same. It's ok if you are finding a little difficult in the beginning but slowly you will get hold of it. Just try to give you best in this one minute. This exercise is very effective and will really strengthen your core muscles. 

Exercise#3 The third exercise is cycling. Put your hands at the side or back of your head and peddle your feet constantly. Don't go too fast or too slow. You can rest for a bit if you want but do non stop. Just do as best as you can. 

Exercise#4 The fourth exercise is side plank pulses. Keep your body straight and take the support of your one arm. This one exercise is very effective. Squeeze your side muscles aa much as you can. It may hurt but it will help. Do it for 30 seconds on one side and then turn to the other side and do it for another 30 seconds. 

Exercise#5 The last exercise is plank twists. Get into a plank position and twist your body just like that. You will instantly feel a pressure ilon your sides. Maintain a constant controlled motion for one minute. 

These were the five simple exercises, one minute each. Whenever you do these exercises, try to keep your rest periods in between the exercises as less as you can. Try to keep this workout rigrous. The more rigorous it will be, the better results it will give you. Even if you take 1 minute rest in between the exercises, this workout will last only 10 minutes. If you want you can do this workout everyday orndo it at least 3 times a week. 

Third and last step is Give your body proper rest. Coming to the final step which is the easiest of all but very important, all you need to do is sleep. Yes we must know that all the fat burning hormones are produced while we are sleeping. It doesn't matter if you are eating right, you are doing your workout correctly but if your body is devoid of rest, you will never ever be able to cut fat from your body. On the contrary, you may put on fat. When your body does not get adequate rest, stress hormones are produced and they increase thebfat in your body, so sleep, at least for 6 hours. So friends, these the basic tips to get ridbof love handles or for that matter cutting fat from any part of your body. If you strictly follow these tips for just one week, you will see your love handles reducing. But do not stop there. Stay consistent and get rid of them completely.
