Skin is the largest organ of the human body and needs special care. However mostly people on daily basis doing things that do more harm to skin than good. As a result common skin problems like pimples, acne, itching, rashes, dark spots pop out. Here I have comprehensively discussed that what we should do and what we should not do to get that flawless clear and glowing skin.

1. Picking Skin.
First is you pick your skin and pop the pimple. One of the most common mistakes that people make that they pop their pimples. Doing so not only the puss comes out but also pushes the bacteria wide and deep down. This makes the Inflammation worst causing more breakouts. Some people have this habit of constantly touching their face, while using a phone, a laptop, tying show laces, touching door handles, remotes. Our hands come in contact with millions of germs. 4. Dirty Fabrics.
Fourth is not washing your fabrics regularly. Fabric that comes in contact with your face on a regular basis for example your clothes, your towels, pillow covers and bed sheets should be washed at least once a week to remove all the oil, bacteria and dirt that has build up on them over time. If you have sensitive skin it is also recommended to choose cotton clothes over synthetic fabrics.

Combining salt and milk together. This may sounds strange to you but combining milk with salt, according to Ayurveda is sure short road to skin problems. It is saidbthat no matter what medication or how much you might have been trying to resolve your skin issues. Doing just this one mistake can mess up at all. The properties of milk and salt are opposing to each other. Combining them in any way causes irregular reaction in the body, cause ill effects can be seen on the skin. So eating parantha with milk, pickle with milk or namkeen with milk is a strict No No. Always keep a gap of at least 30 minutes between a salty food and milk.

Firstly eating very spicy food on a daily basis increases the bile juicenin the body which leads to acidity. Highly acidic body is the root cause of all skin problems. If you are facing skin problems avoid using red chilli powder and garam masala at least for a few days. 
Secondly eat Foods highly on dietary fibres. Foods rich in fibre help in remove the toxins from the body which makes the skin glow. Whole wheat, brown rice, Millets, Oats, beans, lentils and vegetable salad are part of your daily diet. 
Thirdly is suggested to stay away from certain vegetables if you have sensitive skin. Brinjal, bhindi, Arbi are some sticky items which you should avoid. 
Fourthly, Although it is advisable for all to eat dry fruits after soaking them in water for few hours and if you have skin problems consider this as mandatory. Fifth, Eating almonds and other dry fruits without soaking may increase the heat in your body causing breakouts.
